We provide impeccable, efficient, and reliable customer service. The size of our customer service team is crucial to our ability to act quickly and flexibly across the entire region. This is why the customer service of Rigert Stairlifts and Garaventa Liftech AG, Stairlifts & Vertical Lifts, has been merged and continues under the roof of Garaventa Liftech AG. Technical support is available daily, including weekends and holidays, from 07:30 to 17:30.

Emergency evacuations
For evacuations (rescue operations), we recommend a service contract with Securitas AG, our trusted customer service partner. The contract is arranged directly with Securitas.
Key depot: Securely stored keys enable smooth evacuations in emergencies.
Rescue operations: Nationwide service, available 24/7.
Professional 24-hour central service: Calls are answered around the clock.
