This is why the customer service of Rigert Stairlifts and Garaventa Liftech AG, Stairlifts & Vertical Lifts, has been merged and continues under the roof of Garaventa Liftech AG. Technical support is available daily, including weekends and holidays, from 07:30 to 17:30.

Emergency evacuations

For evacuations (rescue operations), we recommend a service contract with Securitas AG, our trusted customer service partner. The contract is arranged directly with Securitas.

Key depot: Securely stored keys enable smooth evacuations in emergencies.
Rescue operations: Nationwide service, available 24/7.
Professional 24-hour central service: Calls are answered around the clock.
